Entry into Sutikshna’s Hermitage
रामस्तु सहितो भ्रात्रा सीतया च परन्तपः।सुतीक्ष्णस्याश्रमपदं जगाम सह तैर्द्विजैः।।3.7.1।।
rāmas tu sahito bhrātrā sītayā ca parantapaḥ |
sutīkṣṇasyāśramapadaṃ jagāma saha tair dvijaiḥ || 3.7.1 ||
พระราม ผู้เผาผลาญศัตรู เสด็จพร้อมพระอนุชาและนางสีดา ไปกับเหล่าฤๅษีพราหมณ์ทั้งหลายยังสถานอาศรมของสุทีกษณะ
Rama, the scorcher of enemies, along with his brother Lakshmana and Sita and the sages went to Sutikshna's hermitage.
Respect for ṛṣi-dharma and sacred spaces: association with sages and visiting hermitages reflects a life oriented to restraint, learning, and righteousness.
During the forest exile, Rāma travels with Sītā and Lakṣmaṇa, accompanied by sages, to Sutīkṣṇa’s hermitage.
Vinaya (humility) and sādhusaṅga (keeping company with the wise): seeking guidance and sanctified refuge.
