भूमौ निपतिताः सर्वे रोदमानाः समंततः । वाराणस्यां तु मार्कंडस्तेन ज्ञातो युधिष्ठरः

bhūmau nipatitāḥ sarve rodamānāḥ samaṃtataḥ | vārāṇasyāṃ tu mārkaṃḍastena jñāto yudhiṣṭharaḥ

ทุกคนล้มลงกับพื้น ร่ำไห้กันรอบด้าน แต่ที่พาราณสีมีฤๅษีมารกัณฑยะอยู่; ด้วยท่านนั้นเอง พระยุธิษฐิระจึงเป็นที่รู้จัก (ตัวตนปรากฏ)
