स्नानं कुरुष्व शीघ्रं त्वमस्मिन्कुंडे समाहितः । येनेमां कुत्सितां योनिं क्षिप्रमेव प्रहास्यसि

snānaṃ kuruṣva śīghraṃ tvamasminkuṃḍe samāhitaḥ | yenemāṃ kutsitāṃ yoniṃ kṣiprameva prahāsyasi

จงอาบน้ำโดยเร็วในสระนี้ด้วยจิตตั้งมั่น; ด้วยการนั้นเจ้าจะหลุดพ้นจากภพกำเนิดอันน่ารังเกียจนี้โดยฉับพลัน
