FAQs

It depicts divine or exalted figures through traditional markers of auspicious beauty—fragrance, musk, varied ornaments, and pearl necklaces.

It suggests they are distinguished by the splendor associated with musk—either the scent itself or musk used as a cosmetic mark—signifying refinement and auspicious attractiveness.

Primarily descriptive, it also reflects a Purāṇic aesthetic where external auspicious signs (fragrance, ornaments) mirror inner excellence, prosperity, or divine status.
