Unspecified (narrative voice reports that 'he' spoke to the devas)

Concept: Bhagavat-kṛpā increases tejas: the Lord can ‘augment’ inner radiance and capacity when approached in humility.

Application: Seek strength through sāttvika disciplines—japa, worship, restraint—trusting that steadiness and clarity (tejas) can be cultivated and received.

Primary Rasa: adbhuta

Secondary Rasa: shanta

Type: celestial_realm

Visual Art Cues: {"scene_description":"Viṣṇu turns toward the devas with a calm, luminous smile; as He speaks, their bodies brighten as if dawn rises within them. The air fills with subtle rays, and their once-dim weapons and crowns regain a polished, celestial sheen.","primary_figures":["Viṣṇu","assembled Devas"],"setting":"Cloud-borne hall with lotus-carved pillars and a wide opening to the starry firmament.","lighting_mood":"golden dawn","color_palette":["sunrise gold","sky blue","ivory","vermillion","emerald"],"tanjore_prompt":"Tanjore painting style: Viṣṇu standing in tribhaṅga with gold-leaf halo, right hand in abhaya, devas receiving radiance with uplifted faces, heavy gold ornamentation, ruby-red and emerald textiles, embossed gold rays emanating from Viṣṇu toward the devas.","pahari_prompt":"Pahari miniature style: soft dawn gradient behind a serene Viṣṇu, delicate facial expressions showing relief, fine jewelry details, airy clouds and gentle light beams, restrained palette with lyrical naturalism.","kerala_mural_prompt":"Kerala mural style: frontal Viṣṇu with pronounced eyes and stylized aura, devas in rhythmic arrangement, bold outlines, flat yet vibrant fields of yellow and red, decorative lotus borders indicating ‘tejas’ as radiating patterns.","pichwai_prompt":"Pichwai cloth painting style: central Viṣṇu framed by lotus medallions, radiating floral motifs symbolizing augmented splendor, deep blue ground with gold highlights, symmetrical deva attendants, ornate border with conch and chakra emblems."}

Audio Atmosphere: {"recitation_mood":"devotional","suggested_raga":"Yaman","pace":"slow-meditative","voice_tone":"reverent-soft","sound_elements":["soft temple bells","tanpura drone","gentle conch","celestial chimes"]}

FAQs

The verse reports that an unnamed male figure (“he”) addressed the devas; the specific identity is not stated in the provided line alone and requires surrounding verses for certainty.

It implies an act of strengthening or increasing—here, specifically the increase of the devas’ tejas (radiance, power, spiritual brilliance).

The line frames divine support as the enhancement of inner and outer “splendor” (tejas), suggesting that rightful empowerment is portrayed as a purposeful, guided augmentation rather than mere domination.
