Concept: Cosmic order is sustained through divinely instituted roles—sages guide by jñāna and tapas, Prajāpatis generate and regulate creation, and varṇas begin with the Brāhmaṇa as custodians of śāstra and yajña.

Application: Honor knowledge, ethical responsibility, and social duty without pride; seek guidance from the wise; treat one’s role as stewardship rather than entitlement.

FAQs

The verse names Sanatkumāra as a representative figure, implying the presence of the Kumāras (and similar sages) as respected participants in a divine or cosmic council.

Prajāpatis are progenitor-lords responsible for generation and ordering of beings; Dakṣa is frequently cited among them as a key figure in genealogical and creation accounts.

Indirectly, it emphasizes cosmic order: sages, progenitors, and social orders are presented as structured components of creation, highlighting hierarchy and organization rather than a direct bhakti instruction.
