FAQs

Rudra (Śiva) is speaking, and he is praising Vishnu, described as the bearer of the conch, discus, and mace.

“Parāt-paraṃ” presents Vishnu as transcendent—beyond even the highest conceivable principle—emphasizing ultimate supremacy.

It supports a devotional-theistic focus where even Rudra offers stuti to Vishnu, highlighting Vishnu’s transcendence and reinforcing bhakti-oriented praise within creation-era narration.
