vyajṛmbhata sukhodarke tato menā mahāgṛhe prasuptaprāyapuruṣe nidrābhūtopacārike //

ครั้นเมื่อความสบายพอกพูนจนกลายเป็นความง่วงหนัก ในคฤหาสน์ใหญ่ของเมนา ผู้คนดูประหนึ่งหลับใหล และแม้การปรนนิบัติของบริวารก็ราวกับกลายเป็นภาวะแห่งนิทรา
