तपसा तेजसा चैव वर्चसा नियमेन च सदृशीमात्मनो देवीं समर्थां लोकसर्जने //

Transliteration

tapasā tejasā caiva varcasā niyamena ca sadṛśīmātmano devīṃ samarthāṃ lokasarjane //

Translation

ด้วยตบะ (ตปัส) ด้วยรัศมีธรรม (เตชัส) ด้วยพลังรุ่งเรือง (วรจัส) และด้วยวินัยเคร่งครัด (นิยามะ) พระองค์ทรงสร้างเทวีผู้มีสภาวะเสมอด้วยพระองค์เอง ผู้สามารถในการก่อกำเนิดโลกทั้งหลาย
