บทฤจาแห่งฤคเวท สูตรยชุสแห่งยชุรเวท บทสาแมนแห่งสามเวท และมนตร์แห่งอถรรพณะ—พร้อมคำสอนที่เหล่าสัปตฤๅษีประกาศ—มนูได้กล่าวว่านี่คือจารีตอันเป็นปรามาณะแห่งสมารตธรรม
