प्रतिष्ठामागतानां हि ब्राह्मण्यं कारयंस्ततः ततो मानुषयोन्यां स जनयामास वै प्रजाः //

pratiṣṭhāmāgatānāṃ hi brāhmaṇyaṃ kārayaṃstataḥ tato mānuṣayonyāṃ sa janayāmāsa vai prajāḥ //

ครั้นเมื่อหมู่ชนเหล่านั้นตั้งถิ่นฐานมั่นคงแล้ว เขาจึงสถาปนาระเบียบพราหมณ์ขึ้น ต่อจากนั้นโดยกำเนิดในครรภ์มนุษย์ เขาได้ให้กำเนิดประชากรโดยแท้
