Adhyāya 61: Saṃmohana-astra and the Kuru Withdrawal (संमोहनास्त्रं तथा कुरुनिवृत्तिः)
तौ हताश्वौ विभिन्नाज्ै धृतराष्ट्रात्मजावुभौ । अभिपत्य रथैरन्यैरपनीतौ पदानुगै:
tau hatāśvau vibhinnājai dhṛtarāṣṭrātmajāv ubhau | abhipatya rathair anyair apanītau padānugaiḥ ||
เมื่อม้าศึกของเขาทั้งสองถูกสังหาร และกายถูกศรเจาะทะลุ โอรสทั้งสองแห่งธฤตราษฏระก็สิ้นกำลังใจ ครั้นแล้วเหล่าผู้ติดตามผู้จงรักภักดีรีบกรูกันเข้ามา นำรถศึกคันอื่นมารับ อุ้มพาขึ้นรถ และเคลื่อนย้ายออกจากที่นั้น
