Śamī-vṛkṣe śastra-nidhāna and Entry into Virāṭa’s Capital (शमीवृक्षे शस्त्रनिधानम्)

न चापि विद्यते कश्रिन्मनुष्य इति मे मति: । योअस्मान्‌ निदधतो द्रष्टा भवेच्छस्त्राणि पाण्डवा:,पाण्डवो! मेरा विश्वास है कि यहाँ कोई ऐसा मनुष्य नहीं है, जो हमें अपने अस्त्र- शस्त्रोंको यहाँ रखते समय देख सके

na cāpi vidyate kaścin manuṣya iti me matiḥ | yo ’smān nidadhataḥ draṣṭā bhavec chastrāṇi pāṇḍavāḥ ||

อรชุนกล่าวว่า “ตามความเห็นของข้า ที่นี่ไม่มีผู้ใดจะเห็นเราในยามที่เรานำอาวุธไปเก็บซ่อนไว้ ดังนั้น โอ้เหล่าปาณฑพ จงวางอาวุธเหล่านี้โดยปราศจากความหวาดหวั่น”
