सह युध्यामहे पार्थमागतं युद्धदुर्मदम्‌ । सैन्यास्तिष्ठन्तु संनद्धा व्यूढानीका: प्रहारिण:,इसलिये हमारा विचार है कि हमलोग एक साथ संगठित होकर यहाँ आये हुए रणोन्मत्त अर्जुनके साथ युद्ध करें। हमारे सैनिक कवच बाँधकर खड़े रहें, सेनाका व्यूह बना लिया जाय और सब लोग प्रहार करनेके लिये उद्यत हो जायेँ

Transliteration

saha yudhyāmahe pārtham āgataṃ yuddha-durmadam | sainyās tiṣṭhantu saṃnaddhā vyūḍhānīkāḥ prahāriṇaḥ ||

Translation

กฤปาจารย์กล่าวว่า “มาเถิด เราทั้งปวงจงร่วมใจกันรบกับปารถะผู้มาถึงที่นี่ด้วยความคะนองแห่งศึก ให้กองทัพสวมเกราะยืนพร้อม จัดกระบวนทัพให้เป็นระเบียบ และให้ทุกคนเตรียมพร้อมเข้าฟันแทง.”
