कृपवाक्यं तथा नीत्युपदेशः
Kṛpa’s Counsel and a Discourse on Statecraft
देशे तस्मिन् भविष्यन्ति तात पाण्डवसंयुते । सम्प्रीतिमान् जनस्तत्र संतुष्ट: शुचिरव्यय:,“तात! पाण्डवोंसे संयुक्त देशमें ये सब विशेषताएँ होंगी। वहाँके लोग प्रसन्न, संतुष्ट, पवित्र और विकारशून्य होंगे
deśe tasmin bhaviṣyanti tāta pāṇḍavasaṃyute | samprītimān janas tatra santuṣṭaḥ śucir avyayaḥ ||
ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า— “ลูกเอ๋ย ในแผ่นดินที่ผูกพันกับเหล่าปาณฑพและอยู่ใต้การคุ้มครองของเขา คุณลักษณะทั้งปวงนี้จักปรากฏ ชาวเมืองจะมีไมตรีต่อกัน พอใจในส่วนของตน ประพฤติบริสุทธิ์ และปราศจากความเสื่อมแห่งศีลธรรม—ดำรงชีวิตโดยไร้ความแปรปรวนอันก่อความเสื่อมทราม”
