द्रौपद्याः भीमसेन-प्रबोधनम्

येषां दुन्दुभिनिर्घोषो ज्याघोष: श्रूयतेडनिशम्‌ । तेषां मां मानिनीं भार्या सूतपुत्र: पदावधीत्‌,“जिनके धनुषकी टंकार सदा देव-दुन्दुभियोंकी गम्भीर ध्वनिके समान सुनायी पड़ती है, उन्हींकी मुझ मानिनी पत्नीको सूतपुत्रने लातसे मारा है

yeṣāṃ dundubhinirghoṣo jyāghoṣaḥ śrūyate 'niśam | teṣāṃ māṃ māninīṃ bhāryāṃ sūtaputraḥ padāvadhīt ||

ผู้ใดเสียงสายธนูดังกึกก้องไม่ขาด ราวกับเสียงกลองทิพย์อันกังวาน—ข้าคือภรรยาผู้ทรงเกียรติของคนเช่นนั้น แต่กลับถูกบุตรสารถีเตะด้วยเท้า
