Tīrtha-yātrā: Prayāga-saṅgama and Gayaśiras—Rājarṣi Gaya’s Mahāyajña
त्वया सह महीपाल द्रष्टमिच्छामहे वयम् । यदि ते ब्राह्मणेष्वस्ति काचित् प्रीतिर्जनाधिप
tvayā saha mahīpāla draṣṭum icchāmahe vayam | yadi te brāhmaṇeṣv asti kācit prītir janādhipa ||
ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า “ข้าแต่มหีปาล เราทั้งหลายปรารถนาจะได้เห็นสิ่งนั้นร่วมกับพระองค์ หากพระองค์ยังมีความเคารพรักต่อพราหมณ์อยู่แม้เพียงน้อย ข้าแต่องค์จอมชน ก็ขอได้โปรดประทานตามคำขอนี้เถิด”
