दमयन्त्याः कार्यनिश्चयः — Damayantī’s Crisis Plan and Vārṣṇeya’s Departure
तानीह तिष्ठतां भूमावेकस्थापि न लक्षये । सा विनिश्ित्य बहुधा विचार्य च पुन: पुनः:
tānīha tiṣṭhatāṃ bhūmāv ekasthāpi na lakṣaye | sā viniścitya bahudhā vicārya ca punaḥ punaḥ ||
“แม้เขาทั้งหลายจะยืนอยู่ที่นี่บนพื้นดิน แต่เราก็มิอาจเห็นแม้สักข้อหนึ่ง (แห่งลักษณะเทพ) ให้ชัดเจนได้ ดังนั้นเมื่อได้ตัดสินใจแล้ว เราจึงไตร่ตรองหลายทาง ซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่า”
