मुद्गलोपाख्यानम् — व्रीहिद्रोणदानं, दुर्वाससः परीक्षा, स्वर्गगुणप्रश्नः

तेषां तु शरवर्षाणि सव्यसाची परंतप: । अस्त्रै: संवार्य तेजस्वी गन्धर्वान्‌ प्रत्यविध्यत,तेजस्वी परंतप सव्यसाचीने अपने अस्त्रोंद्वारा गन्धर्वोकी बाणवर्षाका निवारण करके उन्हें फिरसे घायल कर दिया

teṣāṃ tu śaravarṣāṇi savyasācī parantapaḥ | astraiḥ saṃvārya tejasvī gandharvān pratyavidhyat ||

อรชุน ผู้เป็นสव्यสาจีและผู้เผาผลาญศัตรู ใช้อาวุธของตนสกัดห่าศรของพวกเขาไว้ แล้วเปล่งประกายด้วยเดชานุภาพ โต้กลับแทงกดเหล่าคันธรรพะให้บาดเจ็บอีกครา
