अकृतव्रण उवाच हन्त ते कथयिष्यामि महदाख्यानमुत्तमम्‌ | भगूणां राजशार्दूल वंशे जातस्य भारत,अकृतब्रणने कहा--भरतकुलभूषण नृपश्रेष्ठ युधिष्ठिर! भूगुवंशी परशुरामजीकी कथा बहुत बड़ी और उत्तम है, मैं आपसे उसका वर्णन करूँगा

Transliteration

Akṛtavraṇa uvāca: hanta te kathayiṣyāmi mahad ākhyānam uttamam | Bhṛgūṇāṁ rājaśārdūla vaṁśe jātasya Bhārata ||

Translation

อกริตวรณะกล่าวว่า “เอาเถิด เราจักเล่าแก่ท่านซึ่งเป็นราชสีห์แห่งกษัตริย์ โอ ภารตะ เรื่องเล่าอันยิ่งใหญ่และประเสริฐ ว่าด้วยผู้บังเกิดในวงศ์ภฤคุ”
