Surabhi–Indra Dialogue as a Governance Exemplar

त॑ं जटाजिनसंवीतं तपोवननिवासिनम्‌ । समाजममुर्महात्मान द्रष्ट मुनिगणा: प्रभो,प्रभो! जटा और मृगचर्म धारण करके तपोवनमें निवास करनेवाले उन महात्मा धर्मराजको देखनेके लिये वहाँ बहुत-से मुनि पधारे थे

taṁ jaṭājinasaṁvītaṁ tapovanani-vāsinaṁ | samājamur mahātmānaṁ draṣṭuṁ munigaṇāḥ prabho prabho ||

ผู้ทรงมหาตมะนั้นคือธรรมราช ผู้สวมชฎาผมดกและหนังเนื้อ อาศัยอยู่ในป่าตบะ ได้เป็นศูนย์กลางแห่งการชุมนุม; หมู่ฤษีเป็นอันมากพากันมาถึงที่นั่น เพื่อเฝ้าดูพระองค์ พลางร้องว่า “ประภู! ประภู!”
