अभ्यभाषत दाशार्हों भीष्म शान्तनवं शनै: । पार्थिवीं समितिं द्रष्टमूषयो$भ्यागता नूप

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca | abhyabhāṣata dāśārho bhīṣma śāntanavaṃ śanaiḥ | pārthivīṃ samitiṃ draṣṭum ṛṣayo 'bhyāgatā nṛpa ||

Translation

ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า—ทาศารหะ ศรีกฤษณะเอ่ยกับภีษมะ โอรสแห่งศานตนุอย่างแผ่วเบา— “ข้าแต่มหาราช! เหล่าฤๅษีมาถึงเพื่อทอดพระเนตรสภากษัตริย์นี้แล้ว” ครั้นเห็นมหาฤๅษีอย่างนารทประทับยืนอยู่บนเวหา ศรีกฤษณะจึงบ่งนัยว่า แม้การปรึกษาการเมืองและศึกที่ใกล้จะอุบัติ ก็อยู่ใต้สายตาแห่งธรรมและจิตวิญญาณอันสูงยิ่งเป็นพยาน
