शक्ष्यन्ति हि महाबाहो पाण्डवा: सूंजयैः सह । धार्रराष्ट्रबलं घोरें क्रुद्धं प्रतिसमासितुम्,महाबाहो! पाण्डवलोग सूंजय वीरोंके साथ क्रोधमें भरी हुई दुर्योधनकी भयंकर सेनाका अच्छी तरह सामना कर सकते हैं
śakṣyanti hi mahābāho pāṇḍavāḥ sañjayaiḥ saha | dhārtarāṣṭra-balaṃ ghoraṃ kruddhaṃ pratisamāsitum ||
ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า “โอ้ ผู้มีพาหาอันเกรียงไกร เหล่าปาณฑพพร้อมด้วยวีรชนฝ่ายสัญชัย ย่อมสามารถยืนหยัดต้านทานและเผชิญหน้าอย่างมั่นคงต่อกองทัพธารตราษฏระอันน่าสะพรึง ซึ่งเดือดดาลด้วยโทสะได้แน่นอน”
