Nara-Nārāyaṇa Precedent and Bhīṣma’s Counsel on Kṛṣṇa–Arjuna; Karṇa’s Reply
भीष्मस्य तु वच: श्रुत्वा भारद्वाजो महामना: । धृतराष्ट्रमुवाचेदं राजमध्येडभिपूजयन्,भीष्मजीकी यह बात सुनकर महामना द्रोणाचार्यने समस्त राजाओंके मध्यमें उनकी प्रशंसा करते हुए राजा धृतराष्ट्रसे इस प्रकार कहा--
bhīṣmasya tu vacaḥ śrutvā bhāradvājo mahāmanāḥ | dhṛtarāṣṭram uvācedaṃ rājamadhye ’bhipūjayan ||
ครั้นมหาบุรุษภารทวาชะ (โทรณะ) ได้สดับถ้อยคำของภีษมะแล้ว ก็ถวายความยกย่องท่านท่ามกลางหมู่พระราชาทั้งหลาย และกราบทูลพระเจ้าธฤตราษฏระดังนี้
