सुव्याहृतानि धीराणां फलत: परिचिन्त्य यः । अध्यवस्यति कार्येषु चिरं यशसि तिष्ठति,जो धीर पुरुषोंके वचनोंके परिणामपर विचार करके उन्हें कार्यरूपमें परिणत करता है, वह चिरकालतक यशका भागी बना रहता है
suvyāhṛtāni dhīrāṇāṁ phalataḥ paricintya yaḥ | adhyavasyati kāryeṣu ciraṁ yaśasi tiṣṭhati ||
ผู้ใดพิจารณาถ้อยคำอันงามของผู้มีปัญญาโดยคำนึงถึงผล แล้วตัดสินใจแน่วแน่ลงมือทำกิจนั้น ผู้นั้นย่อมดำรงอยู่ในเกียรติยศยาวนาน
विदुर उवाच
Good advice becomes truly valuable only when one evaluates its likely results and then decisively translates it into action; such practical wisdom leads to enduring fame and respect.
