अम्बा–राम–भीष्म संवादः
Amba–Rama–Bhishma Dialogue on Vow and Refuge
तमागतमहं श्रुत्वा विषयान्तं महाबलम् । अभ्यगच्छं जवेनाशु प्रीत्या तेजोनिधिं प्रभुम्
tam āgatam ahaṃ śrutvā viṣayāntaṃ mahābalam | abhyagacchaṃ javena āśu prītyā tejonidhiṃ prabhum ||
เมื่อข้าพเจ้าได้ยินว่าพระปรศุรามผู้ทรงมหาพละ เป็นดั่งคลังแห่งเดชานุภาพ เสด็จมาถึงเขตแดนแห่งแว่นแคว้นของข้าพเจ้าแล้ว ข้าพเจ้าก็มีความยินดี รีบเร่งไปเฝ้าทันที
