Amba approaches the Paraśurāma context; Hotravāhana’s counsel and Akṛtavraṇa’s report (अम्बोपाख्यानम्—रामदर्शनप्रसङ्गः)

तच्छुत्वा वचन भीष्म: सम्मन्त्रय सह मन्सत्रिभि: । निश्चित्य विससर्जेमां सत्यवत्या मते स्थित:,अम्बाका यह वचन सुनकर भीष्मने मन्त्रियोंक साथ सलाह करके माता सत्यवतीकी सम्मति प्राप्त करके एक निश्चयपर पहुँचकर इस कन्याको छोड़ दिया

tac chrutvā vacanaṃ bhīṣmaḥ sammantrya saha mantribhiḥ | niścitya visasarjaināṃ satyavatyā mate sthitaḥ ||

ครั้นได้ฟังถ้อยคำนั้น ภีษมะจึงปรึกษากับเหล่าอำมาตย์ แล้วตั้งมั่นตามความเห็นอันรอบคอบของสัตยวตี ตัดสินใจแน่วแน่และปล่อยหญิงสาวนั้นให้เป็นอิสระ
