Amba approaches the Paraśurāma context; Hotravāhana’s counsel and Akṛtavraṇa’s report (अम्बोपाख्यानम्—रामदर्शनप्रसङ्गः)

तं तु वैवाहिकं दृष्टवा कन्येयं समुपार्जितम्‌ । अब्रवीत्‌ तत्र गाड़ेय॑ं मन्त्रिमध्ये द्विजर्षभ,द्विजश्रेष्ठ! वहाँ वैवाहिक आयोजन आरम्भ हुआ देख यह कन्या मन्त्रियोंके बीचमें गंगानन्दन भीष्मसे बोली--

taṃ tu vaivāhikaṃ dṛṣṭvā kanyeyaṃ samupārjitam | abravīt tatra gāḍeyaṃ mantrimadhye dvijarṣabha ||

ข้าแต่ผู้ประเสริฐในหมู่ทวิชะ ครั้นเห็นพิธีวิวาห์เริ่มขึ้น และรู้ว่านางกัญญานี้ถูกนำมาเพื่อการอภิเษก นางจึงกล่าว ณ ที่นั้น ท่ามกลางเหล่าเสนาบดี ต่อภีษมะผู้เป็นโอรสแห่งคงคา—
