Sāma–Bheda–Daṇḍa
वदान्य: सत्यसंधश्च सर्वभूतहिते रत: । वर्तमान: पितु: शास्त्रे ब्राह्मणानां तथैव च,*वे उदार, सत्यप्रतिज्ञ और समस्त प्राणियोंके हितमें तत्पर रहनेवाले थे। पिता तथा ब्राह्मणोंके आदेशके अनुसार चलते थे
vadānyaḥ satyasaṃdhaś ca sarvabhūtahite rataḥ | vartamānaḥ pituḥ śāstre brāhmaṇānāṃ tathaiva ca ||
วายุกล่าวว่า “เขาใจกว้าง ยึดมั่นสัตย์ปฏิญาณ และมุ่งประโยชน์เกื้อกูลแก่สรรพสัตว์ เขาดำเนินชีวิตตามคำสอนของบิดา และเช่นเดียวกันก็เชื่อฟังบทบัญญัติแห่งศาสตราของพราหมณ์”
