kruddhasya bhīmasenasya prekṣituṃ mukham āhave |
ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า “ในสนามรบ เมื่อภีมเสนะกริ้วกราด แม้พวกกษัตริย์ทั้งหลายเหล่านี้รวมทั้งเจ้าด้วย ก็ไม่อาจเงยหน้าช้อนตาขึ้นมองใบหน้าของเขาได้”
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights how uncontrolled wrath, especially in a warrior of immense power, becomes a force that intimidates and morally overawes others; it implicitly warns that anger can dominate a battlefield as much as weapons do.
The narrator describes Bhīmasena in a state of battle-rage, emphasizing that his furious expression is so formidable that opponents (and even others present) cannot bring themselves to look directly at his face.
