अविलम्बमनायस्तमद्रुतं धीरमूर्जितम्‌ । असंसक्ताक्षरपदं स्वरभावसमन्वितम्‌

Transliteration

avilambam anāyastam adrutaṃ dhīram ūrjitam | asaṃsaktākṣarapadaṃ svarabhāvasamanvitam ||

Translation

การสาธยายไม่ควรชักช้าให้สะดุด และไม่ควรเร่งร้อนเกินไป ควรดำเนินอย่างสงบมั่นคงและเปี่ยมพลัง ออกเสียงพยางค์และคำให้ชัดไม่กลืนกัน และให้เสียงกับอารมณ์ความหมายสอดคล้องกัน—จึงจะถ่ายทอดนัยได้อย่างไพเราะและเข้าใจแจ่มแจ้ง
