राजवृत्त-रक्षा-प्रणिधि-षाड्गुण्योपदेशः
Royal Conduct, Protection, Intelligence, and Policy Measures
यदा तु धनधाराभिस्तर्पयत्युपकारिण: । आच्चछिनत्ति च रत्नानि विविधान्यपकारिणाम्
yadā tu dhanadhārābhis tarpayaty upakāriṇaḥ | ācchinatti ca ratnāni vividhāny apakāriṇām ||
แต่เมื่อพระราชาทรงยังผู้มีคุณูปการให้ชุ่มชื่นด้วยธาราแห่งทรัพย์ และทรงริบเอารัตนะนานาประการจากผู้ก่อโทษ—ประทานทรัพย์แก่ผู้จงรักภักดีต่อประโยชน์แห่งแว่นแคว้น และยึดทรัพย์ของผู้เป็นกบฏ—เมื่อนั้นพระผู้พิทักษ์ปฐพีย่อมถูกนับว่าเสมอด้วยกุเบรในโลกนี้
