अहं स नागो विप्रर्षे यथा मां विन्दते भवान्‌ | आज्ञापय यथा स्वैरं कि करोमि प्रियं तव

Transliteration

ahaṃ sa nāgo viprarṣe yathā māṃ vindate bhavān | ājñāpaya yathā svairaṃ kiṃ karomi priyaṃ tava brahmarṣe ||

Translation

นาคกล่าวว่า “โอ้วิปฺรรฺษี/พรหมฤๅษี ข้าพเจ้านี่เองคือนาคที่ท่านเสาะหา ดังที่ท่านจำข้าพเจ้าได้ ข้าพเจ้าก็ยืนอยู่ต่อหน้าท่านแล้ว จงบัญชาได้ตามใจ—ข้าพเจ้าจะกระทำกิจอันเป็นที่พอใจของท่านประการใด?”
