भीकम (2 अमान एकषपष्ट्यवथिकत्रिशततमो< ध्याय: नागराज और ब्राह्मणका परस्पर मिलन तथा बातचीत भीष्म उवाच स पन्नगपतिस्तत्र प्रययौ ब्राह्मणं प्रति । तमेव मनसा ध्यायन् कार्यवत्तां विचारयन्
bhīṣma uvāca | sa pannagapatistatra prayayau brāhmaṇaṃ prati | tameva manasā dhyāyan kāryavattāṃ vicārayan |
ภีษมะกล่าวว่า—ครั้งนั้นพญานาคเสด็จไปหาพราหมณ์ผู้นั้น พลางตั้งจิตระลึกถึงเขาและใคร่ครวญถึงความมุ่งหมายกับความเร่งด่วนแห่งกิจของพราหมณ์ แล้วจึงเข้าไปหา
