रुद्र उ्वाच त्वत्प्रसादेन भगवन् स्वाध्यायतपसोर्मम । कुशल चाव्ययं चैव सर्वस्य जगतस्त्वथ,रुद्रने कहा--भगवन्! आपकी कृपासे मेरे स्वाध्याय और तप सकुशल चल रहे हैं; कभी भंग नहीं हुए हैं। सम्पूर्ण जगत् भी कुशल-क्षेमसे है
rudra uvāca tvatprasādena bhagavan svādhyāyatapaso mama | kuśalaṃ cāvyayaṃ caiva sarvasya jagatas tv atha ||
รุทระทูลว่า—“ข้าแต่ภควาน ด้วยพระกรุณาของพระองค์ การสวดศึกษาพระเวทและตบะของข้าพระองค์ดำเนินไปโดยสวัสดี และมิได้ขาดตอนเลย ทั้งมวลโลกนี้ก็อยู่ในความผาสุกและความปลอดภัยฉันนั้น”
