Educational Q&A

The verse highlights solitary, disciplined contemplation (pravicintana) of the adhyātma-mārga—the inward movement toward Self-knowledge—as a valued and regular practice, even for a cosmic creator figure like Brahmā.

Vaiśampāyana narrates that Brahmā, seeking to reflect on the spiritual inward path, comes daily from Brahmaloka (the Vairāja abode) and frequents the Vaijayanta mountain, presenting it as a locus for contemplation.
