Āścarya-kathana: Brāhmaṇa–Nāga Dialogue on Sūrya (Vivasvat) and the ‘Second Sun’ Phenomenon
ततः प्रावर्तत तदा आदौ कृतयुगं शुभम् । ततो हि सात्वतो धर्मो व्याप्प लोकानवस्थित:,फिर तो सृष्टिके आरम्भमें कल्याणकारी कृतयुगकी प्रवृत्ति हुई और तबसे सात्वतधर्म सारे संसारमें व्याप्त हो गया
tataḥ prāvartata tadā ādau kṛtayugaṃ śubham | tato hi sātvato dharmo vyāptaḥ lokān avasthitaḥ ||
แล้วในปฐมกาลแห่งการสร้างสรรค์ ยุคกฤตอันเป็นมงคลก็เริ่มดำเนิน จากกาลนั้น ธรรมสาตวตะได้แผ่ซ่านไปทั่วโลกทั้งหลายและตั้งมั่นอยู่
वैशम्पायन उवाच
At the dawn of creation, the ideal age (Kṛta Yuga) is characterized by the natural establishment of dharma; righteousness is not merely taught but becomes pervasive and stable across the worlds, indicating that ethical order is foundational to cosmic order.
Vaiśampāyana describes the primordial commencement of the Kṛta Yuga and states that from that beginning the Sātvata dharma spread everywhere and became firmly established among the worlds.
