पुरा करोति सो5न्तक: प्रमादगोमुखां चमूम्‌ । यथागृहीतमुत्थितस्त्वरस्व धर्मपालने

Transliteration

purā karoti so ’ntakaḥ pramāda-gomukhāṃ camūm | yathā-gṛhītam utthitas tvarasva dharma-pālane ||

Translation

วยาสกล่าวว่า “ด้วยความประมาท กาละ—ผู้ทำลาย—ได้ทำให้กองทัพแห่งอินทรีย์ทั้งหลายกลายเป็น ‘โคมุขะ’ ราวกับไร้ปาก ปราศจากกำลังแห่งการเสวยและการกระทำ ดังนั้น ก่อนที่อินทรีย์เหล่านี้จะอ่อนแรงไร้ความสามารถ จงลุกขึ้น และเร่งปฏิบัติธรรมะด้วยกายนี้เอง”
