यथा संहरते जन्तून्‌ ससर्ज च पुन: पुनः । अनादिनिधनो ब्रह्मा नित्यश्चाक्षर एव च,आदि और अन्तसे रहित नित्य अक्षरस्वरूप ब्रह्माजी किस प्रकार बारंबार प्राणियोंकी सृष्टि और संहार करते हैं--यह बता रहा हूँ, ध्यान देकर सुनो

yathā saṁharate jantūn sasarja ca punaḥ punaḥ | anādinidhano brahmā nityaś cākṣara eva ca ||

“เราจักอธิบายให้ฟัง—จงตั้งใจสดับ—ว่าพรหมา ผู้ไร้เบื้องต้นไร้เบื้องปลาย เป็นนิตย์และอักขระอย่างแท้จริง ทรงยังสัตว์ทั้งหลายให้บังเกิดขึ้นครั้งแล้วครั้งเล่า และทรงถอนคืนสู่การสังหารในกาลล่มสลายอย่างไร”
