vimuktaḥ sarvasaṅgebhyo laghvāhāro jitendriyaḥ | pūrvarātre ’pararātre dhārayīt mano ’tmani ||
วสิษฐะกล่าวว่า “โยคีพึงหลุดพ้นจากความยึดติดทั้งปวง บริโภคอาหารเบาและพอประมาณ และสำรวมอินทรีย์ให้ได้ ในยามต้นคืนและยามปลายคืน พึงตั้งจิตไว้ในอาตมันให้มั่นคง”
वसिष्ठ उवाच
