Tulādhāra’s Instruction to Jājali on Ahiṃsā and Abhaya-dāna
दीप्तानलनिभ: प्राह भगवान् धूमवर्चसे । ततो5हमपि वक्ष्यामि भूय: पुत्र निदर्शनम्
dīptānalanibhaḥ prāha bhagavān dhūmavarcasaḥ | tato 'ham api vakṣyāmi bhūyaḥ putra nidarśanam, vatsa |
ภีษมะกล่าวว่า “พระผู้เป็นเจ้า (วยาสะ) ผู้รุ่งโรจน์ดุจเพลิงที่ลุกโพลง แต่ปรากฏดั่งมีสีควัน ได้กล่าวแก่ธูมวรจัส (ศุกะ) ไว้ดังนี้ เพราะฉะนั้น โอ บุตรเอ๋ย เราจักอธิบายอีกครั้งถึงอุปมานี้พร้อมความหมาย จงสดับคำสอนแห่งวิจารณญาณอันมั่นคงนี้โดยตั้งใจ.”
