करन्धमस्य पुत्रस्तु कृतात्मा मरुतस्तथा । कन्यामज्िरसे दत्त्वा दिवमाशु जगाम ह,करन्धमके पुण्यात्मा पुत्र राजा मरुत्तने महर्षि अंगिराको कन्यादान करके तत्काल स्वर्गलोक प्राप्त कर लिया था
Karandhamasya putras tu kṛtātmā Marutas tathā | kanyām Aṅgirase dattvā divam āśu jagāma ha ||
โอรสของกรันธมะ คือพระราชามรุตตะผู้สำรวมตน ได้ถวายกัญญาทานแก่ฤๅษีอังคิรส แล้วเสด็จถึงสวรรค์โดยฉับพลัน
