उग्रसेन उवाच यस्य संकल्पते लोको नारदस्य प्रकीर्तने । मन्ये स गुणसम्पन्नो ब्रूहि तन्मम पृच्छत:

Transliteration

Ugrasena uvāca: yasya saṅkalpate loko Nāradasya prakīrtane | manye sa guṇasampanno brūhi tan mama pṛcchataḥ ||

Translation

อุครเสนะกล่าวว่า “โอ้ ชนารทนะ! เมื่อโลกทั้งปวงปรารถนาจะสรรเสริญคุณของนารท ข้าย่อมเห็นว่าเขาต้องเพียบพร้อมด้วยคุณอันประเสริฐ ดังนั้นเมื่อข้าถามถึงคุณเหล่านั้น จงบอกแก่ข้าเถิด”
