Householder Primacy and the Royal Duty of Punishment
एता विद्या: क्षत्रियाणां राजन् संसिद्धिकारिका: । अपि गाथामिमां चापि बृहस्पतिरगायत,राजन! ये विद्याएँ (धार्मिक क्रियाएँ) क्षत्रियोंको सदा सिद्धि प्रदान करनेवाली हैं। इस विषयमें बृहस्पतिजीने इस गाथाका भी गान किया है
etā vidyāḥ kṣatriyāṇāṃ rājan saṃsiddhikārikāḥ | api gāthām imāṃ cāpi bṛhaspatir agāyat ||
โอ้พระราชา! วิชาและหน้าที่อันศักดิ์สิทธิ์เหล่านี้เป็นสิ่งที่ยังความสำเร็จอันแน่นอนแก่กษัตริย์นักรบเสมอ และในเรื่องเดียวกันนี้เอง พฤหัศปติก็เคยขับร้องคาถาโบราณบทนี้
