Transliteration

yasya sama dadato vittaṃ na kadācana hīyate | taṃ baliṃ nādhigacchāmi brahman ācakṣva me balim ||

Translation

ภีษมะกล่าวว่า “พระราชาพลี—ผู้ซึ่งแม้ทรงให้ทานอย่างเสมอภาค คลังทรัพย์ก็มิได้ร่อยหรอเลย—ข้าพเจ้าค้นหาเท่าใดก็ไม่พบ โอ้พราหมณ์ โปรดบอกข้าพเจ้าว่าพลีอยู่ที่ใด”
