जपयोगयोः तुल्यफलनिर्णयः

Adhyāya 193: Adjudication of the Comparable Fruits of Japa and Yoga

इह चिन्ता बहुविधा धर्माधर्मस्य कर्मण: । कर्मभूमिरियं लोके इह कृत्वा शुभाशुभम्‌ | शुभे: शुभमवाप्रोति तथाशुभमथान्यथा,इस लोकमें पुण्य और पापकर्मके सम्बन्धमें अनेक प्रकारके विचार होते रहते हैं। यह कर्मभूमि है। इस जगत्‌में शुभ और अशुभ कर्म करके मनुष्य शुभ कर्मोंका शुभ फल पाता है और अशुभ कर्मोंका अशुभ फल भोगता है

iha cintā bahuvidhā dharmādharmasya karmaṇaḥ | karmabhūmir iyaṃ loke iha kṛtvā śubhāśubham || śubheḥ śubham avāpnoti tathāśubham athānyathā ||

ในโลกนี้ย่อมมีความใคร่ครวญนานาประการเกี่ยวกับกรรมว่าอะไรคือธรรม อะไรคืออธรรม โลกนี้เป็นสนามแห่งกรรม; เมื่อกระทำกรรมดีหรือกรรมชั่วไว้ ณ ที่นี้ มนุษย์ย่อมได้รับผลดีจากความดี และเสวยผลร้ายจากความชั่ว—หาเป็นอื่นไม่
