अव्यक्त-मानस-सृष्टिवादः

Doctrine of Creation from the Unmanifest ‘Mānasa’

(सुखं स्वपिति दुर्मेधा: स्वानि कर्माण्यचिन्तयन्‌ । अविज्ञानेन महता कम्बलेनेव संवृतः ।॥) खोटी बुद्धिवाला मूर्ख मनुष्य अपने कर्मोके शुभाशुभ परिणामकी कोई परवा न करके सुखसे सोता है; क्योंकि वह कम्बलसे ढके हुए पुरुषकी भाँति महान्‌ अज्ञानसे आवृत रहता है।। ये च बुद्धिसुखं प्राप्ता द्वन्द्धातीता विमत्सरा: । तान्‌ नैवार्था न चानर्था व्यथयन्ति कदाचन,किंतु जिन्हें ज्ञानजनित सुख प्राप्त है, जो द्वन्द्धोंसे अतीत हैं तथा जिनमें मत्सरताका भी अभाव है, उन्हें अर्थ और अनर्थ कभी पीड़ा नहीं देते हैं

sukhaṃ svapiti durmedhāḥ svāni karmāṇy acintayan | avijñānena mahatā kambalen eva saṃvṛtaḥ || ye ca buddhisukhaṃ prāptā dvandvātītā vimatsarāḥ | tān naivārthā na cānarthā vyathayanti kadācana ||

พราหมณ์กล่าวว่า— คนเขลาปัญญาทึบหลับอย่างสบาย โดยไม่ใคร่ครวญการกระทำของตน เพราะถูกความไม่รู้ใหญ่หลวงห่อหุ้มดุจคนที่คลุมผ้าห่มอยู่ แต่ผู้ที่ได้สุขอันเกิดจากปัญญา ผู้ข้ามพ้นคู่ตรงข้ามทั้งหลาย และปราศจากความริษยา—ย่อมไม่ถูกรบกวนด้วยได้หรือเสียในกาลใดเลย
