सर्वथैतदिदं श्रुत्वा खड्गसाधनमुत्तमम्‌ । लभते पुरुष: कीर्ति प्रेत्य चानन्त्यमश्लुते,खड्गप्राप्तिका यह उत्तम प्रसड़ सब प्रकारसे सुनकर पुरुष इस संसारमें कीर्ति पाता है और देहत्यागके पश्चात्‌ अक्षय सुखका भागी होता है

sarvathaitad idaṃ śrutvā khaḍgasādhanam uttamam | labhate puruṣaḥ kīrtiṃ pretya cānantyam aśnute ||

ผู้ใดได้สดับโดยครบถ้วนซึ่งวินัยอันประเสริฐว่าด้วยการบำเพ็ญเพื่อขัคคะ (ดาบ) นี้ ย่อมได้เกียรติยศในโลกนี้ และครั้นละสังขารแล้ว ย่อมเข้าถึงความผาสุกอันอนันต์ (ไม่เสื่อมสลาย)
