कुरुष्वानुग्रहं सौम्य सत्यमेतद्‌ ब्रवीमि ते । निश्चिता खलु मे बुद्धिरतिथिप्रतिपूजने

Transliteration

kuruṣvānugrahaṃ saumya satyam etad bravīmi te | niścitā khalu me buddhir atithipratipūjane ||

Translation

โอผู้มีใจอ่อนโยน โปรดเมตตาแก่ข้าพเจ้าเถิด ข้าพเจ้ากล่าวความจริงแก่ท่าน ปณิธานของข้าพเจ้าแน่วแน่แล้วในการบูชาและต้อนรับอาคันตุกะให้สมควร ดังนั้นวันนี้ข้าพเจ้าจึงตั้งใจจะกระทำอาคันตุกธรรมอันสูงสุด—ขอท่านจงรับข้าพเจ้าไว้เอง และโปรดกรุณาแก่ข้าพเจ้า นี่คือถ้อยคำสัตย์ที่ข้าพเจ้ากล่าวแก่ท่าน
