कपोती-विलापः स्वर्गसंयोगश्च

अथाभवत् क्षणेनैव वियद् विमलतारकम् | महत्सर इवोत्फुल्लं॑ कुमुदच्छुरितोदकम्,तदनन्तर एक ही क्षणमें आकाशके बादल फट गये, निर्मल तारे चमक उठे, मानो खिले हुए कुमुद-पुष्पोंसे सुशोभित जलवाला कोई विशाल सरोवर प्रकाशित हो रहा हो
athābhavat kṣaṇenaiva viyad vimalatārakam | mahatsara ivotphullaṁ kumudacchuritodakam ||
ภีษมะกล่าวว่า “แล้วในชั่วพริบตา เมฆก็สลายไป ท้องฟ้ากระจ่างใสพราวด้วยดาวบริสุทธิ์สุกสว่าง ประหนึ่งสระใหญ่ที่พลันปรากฏ น้ำงามระยับประดับด้วยดอกกุมุทขาวบานสะพรั่ง”
